Dr. Henry Szelag, DO

Very poor office staff, I have problems with my bills every single time I go here. They obviously need more training or maybe if they stayed off their personal phones and paid more attention to their job they could be more helpful. Very poor experience.

This man is extremely rude. Him and staff act like every appointment is the first and every health issue I have he blames on me even though I have been sick since I was a toddler. The staff is friendly enough, but not enough to compensate for Szelag... plus they hardly ever answer the phone. He's supposed to be a Patient Centered Home, but that is a ploy. He is overbearing and doesn't care what the patient has to say.

If you never go to the doctor, then he might be a great doctor. However, if you like to get return phone calls when you ask questions, etc., then forget it! Move on and find another doctor. They also very rarely answer the phone during office hours, so you are always speaking to an answering machine. I might have well consider Ready Care my primary care since I end up going there more often than the doctor's office, since there are no available appointments.
