On January 26, 2023 I had my Pre-Op appointment with Kathleen Gates. Mrs. Gates was extremely professional, very knowledgable and very amicable. She explained the type of surgery that I was scheduled to have and answered all of my questions. She also offered any assistance that I might need in preperation of the surgery. It was a pleasure experiencing Mrs. Gates upbeat personality and comforting guidance. Thank You again.
