During this covid-19 pandemic the X-ray tech (Travis) did not want to wear a mask around my mother who just came out of the hospital. When I asked him why, he said he didnt really "care" about covid. I told him that this is not about him, but about patient care, doing what is best for the patients and that as a healthcare professional he should know better. He then proceeded to ask me if I had a medical degree. I couldn't believe the nerve. I explained to him that I did, and that in the hospital where I work everyone wears a mask. The fact that he goes from patient to patient doing X-rays exposing everyone to whatever he has is extremely irresponsible. If he doesn't care about covid its one thing, but when you are seeing patients you have a responsibility to the people you are caring for, period. After he left the room, I could hear him complaining to the girl in the front desk (who was also not wearing a mask) and she said that finally "someone understood her". Maybe she also thinks… she doesn't need to wear a mask, even though she is seeing every single patient who comes in! I do not get it, if you dont want to do what is best for the patients, then go work somewhere else. Wearing a mask is not only about you, it is about protecting those who are more vulnerable.

Dr. Ray is one of the best doctors that I have ever met. I broke my wrist playing pickleball, I was in extreme pain until I had my consultation with him. His office staff was lovely and took care of all my needs. Dr. Ray listened to all my complaints and explained to me the procedure that I was to have done. He did my surgery and within 2 weeks I had full range of motion. I'm so glad that I met Dr.Ray and was lucky enough to have surgery by him.

Highly recommend Dr. Ray as a caring & compassionate Surgeon; which is rare to find in the Orthopedic Specialty; has provided a series of injections for my mother's knees that other Orthopedic didn't offer, and has made a huge difference in my mom's strength and mobility; As my mom didn't want surgery and Dr. Ray wanted to find a solution to help take her pain away & give her strength to have better quality of life. We are very grateful to Dr. Ray & his nurse Tracee for making a difference & taking the time to help my mom!! Thank you for all that you do to help patients in our community!!

After 3 surgeries, still in pain, and leg won't straighten or bend all the way. I am terrified of this Dr. and have left his practice. I broke my leg and was rushed to the hospital with no ability to choose a Dr. He only gives 3 days of pain meds at a time, which was not sustainable for me. His wife, the office nurse, was rude and unsympathetic. Apparently he just moved to Naples and is trying to build a business. This whole experience has changed my life. It has also opened my eyes to what it is like to have a subpar physician. I am from Cleveland, and have always had the best care with Cleveland Clinic. And just a side note...once you see an orthopedic surgeon in Naples, no other Dr. will see you for 5 years! Had to travel to the Cleve. Clinic to be evaluated! This Dr. was really bad!!!

This office NEVER answers their phone. You always have to leave a message. Please train your staff to answer the telephone when patients call.
