Very easy to get an appointment, but once your there be prepared to wait. I arrived 20 min. early to fill out forms as suggested. After doing this I waited for nearly an hour, I noticed that people who came in after I did were only waiting 5-10 min. before being seen. When I questioned the staff they were some what rude. Then when I was finally taken back I waited another 30 min. before Dr. came in he to was rude. No introduction of himself asked "What the problem was" and told me to give a urine sample. and they would call me with results. Nurse came in gave me a cup told me where restroom was and where to leave sample. I then returned to exam room after waiting approx. 20 min. nurse came back in room and acted as if I startled her, she then said "Oh you can leave". I asked "If that was it? She replied "yeah" and left the room. I then walked up to the check out desk the receptionist asked for payment, stated they would call with results of test. After a week of not hearing anything I… called back to get results, was told "Oh we meant to call, your test are fine, I then asked if I needed to come back in? The reply was the Dr. didn't say anything but we will check and let you know. After a week with no word and still having same problems, I decided to go to a Dr. in a nearby county. I was seen the same day that I called Waited no more than 20 min.and the Dr. actually sat and listened to my problems took blood sample,and urine sample and wass told that I would be contacted the next day. The next day I was contacted by his office with results from test, prescription and follow up appointment. This is the way that an office should be run. Will never go back to Greenwood Urological. Very unprofessional.

Pretty much the same as the previous comment. Had to call for my test results, was told that they meant to call me? No follow up was suggested had to ask for follow up appt. Did not seem compassionate about my concerns left feeling frustrated and not sure what to do.

Arrived looking for answers and help due to frequent bladder infections and pain. Left with no answers, still in pain, and no follow up appointments to find the problem. Seeing this doctor was a horrible, hopeless experience.
