Dr Todd Hansen, MD

Both my husband and I see Dr Hansen. He is a wonderful caring knowledgeable doctor. As far as medical knowledge he surpasses my expectations.

Went in because of high PSA test. Scheduled for biopsy. Dr. rescheduled appt for following week. Staff neglected check Rx list that I filled out at first appt. I called them about blood thinner Rx. Appt. rescheduled again for the following week so I could stop blood thinner. Since high PSA could mean cancer, I feel the staff and doctor were not caring enough to do their jobs. I feel the biopsy was to prove or disprove cancer. If it is cancer I could have had an earlier start in combating it. If it if not cancer, my mind could have been at ease by now. I'm still waiting for the next appt. I believe the actions of the doctor and the staff were uncaring and very negligent.
