Dr. Hersha Diaz, PhD

Starting therapy can be tough but finding the right person is even harder. Dr. Diaz has been a true star and shining light in my life. I whole heartedly recommend her.

I highly recommend Dr. Hersha if you are looking for a couple’s therapist! After many years of conflict in my marriage and a few previous stints with marriage counselors, it was only after working with Dr. Hersha that we were able to truly connect and improve our communication. My husband and I are so grateful that we choose Dr. Hersha. She was very thorough in her evaluation and was the only counselor that we felt really understood us and taught us real skills and techniques for communication. After a few months of therapy it felt like we had improved light years! If you really want to save or improve your marriage, I would give Dr. Hersha the highest recommendation.

I came to Dr Diaz with some metal blocks that were keeping me from being productive. I couldn’t work, was miserable. She worked with me and my issues and I am back to being a positive and more productive than ever!!!

There are so many great things that I can say about Dr. Diaz. If I could rate her with more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Diaz is not only extremely professional but has a genuine interest in helping the individuals that she works with. Prior to meeting Dr. Diaz, I was nervous and concerned about what therapy would be like, but all my worries were gone from the moment I stepped into her office. I initially went to speak about one aspect of my life, but through my weekly meetings with Dr. Diaz I was able to come to realizations regarding other aspects that I may have not been able to acheive on my own. I could not have done it without her help, patience, and understanding. There has not been one time that I felt judged during a session with Dr. Diaz. That has allowed me to be completely honest, and has contributed to my growth as an individual. I have recommended Dr. Diaz to friends and colleagues, all which have also had great experiences. I saw Dr. Hersha to discuss and resolve some problems related to my relationship and family. She was able to help me see some patterns in my life and helped me figure out ways to reach my goals.
