Dr. Hertzel Sure, MD

The quality of my life has vastly improved since becoming a patient of Dr. Sure due to his skillful management of my high blood pressure. Staff is also supportive, especially Aliza and Francie.. Office is restful and immaculate. All protocols are followed.

Dr. Sure put me in the Hospital to remove my stones well while I was there they removed twenty five stones from my blader when they started to removed three stones they stop at the big one because they found out that I had a blood infection they notify dr sure he came running to the hospital and stop the surgeon from trying to take out the big stone because if it broke while removing it I would be dead they had to wait about 3 1/2 weeks to clear the infection in my blood and than rush me back in the ER to remove the stone which broke as they removed it, Dr. Sure Saved My Life!!!

I was newly diagnosed with cancer and prescribed an anti-depressant. I experienced a side effect of insomnia and when I informed the doctor of this he told me to "just wake up my husband" and implied that sex may help me sleep and feel better in front of two female nurses. I think that this was an inappropriate response for someone with high anxiety, under-going multiple surgeries and chemotherapy. This doctor is unprofessional.

BEWARE These people don’t know what they are doing. I am waiting 3 days now for my throat culture- I spent all day on the phone asking to speak with the doctor - when I finally spoke to him they weren’t ready and he hung up the phone on me after explaining my disappointment. Don’t be fooled by Dr.Sures seemingly nice demeanor, they are horrible unorganized, and an extremely unprofessional establishment.

I was so happy with dr sure he help me so much.i had a cancer port that had got infected and nobody would help me remove it not even the hospital that I had it placed in.the first time I visited dr sure he put me in his hospital and had it removed a s a p..he is the most concerned Professional Md dr I have ever came accross.I wish I had him as my doctor from day one.trips to the doctor for me was like pulling teeth.now if I don't feel good I call and he takes me right away.i am so greatful to him.if you need a doctor he is the best choice..I would love to have him placed in all the news papers as the best Dr in Queens .thank you Dr sure and staff.my rate Would be a 10 .

It has been two years since I last reviewed Doctor Sure. Once again I feel compelled to share what an exemplary physician and human being he is! He is always there for you- always. He stays long beyond his office hours to treat patients who need his immediate attention. He listens compassionately to my ailments, dismissing unnecessary fears, but not afraid to address a situation should it be warranted. I used to dread going to doctors, never feeling comfortable. Paying a visit to Doctor Sure feels like visiting family.
