Dr. Hetal Subodh Shah, MD

My entire family sees Dr. Shah and I wouldn't have it any other way. Yea sure you wait. But rest assured that time will be spent with you as well. He explains everything in detail so the lay can understand and I appreciate his take no prisoners attitude regarding patients (aka my husband) that don't actively work at their care as well. Because he can only do so much! He is an amazing pediatrician as well and always calls back during his on call hours. The other practitioners at the practice are great too. The staff works very hard and I love to hear them laughing and joking as it makes me feel like they are happy in their work. They do seem a little short staffed recently at their Tabernacle office and you can sense the stress but they try to make up for it with great patient repore. I love these offices and would never switch.

Best experience ever

Dr. Shah makes his patients wait for approximately 2 hours at every visit. This is not just my opinion but it is known throughout the office. In my opinion he has a superiority complex and treats patients as if they are stupid. He is offensive and rude making blanket statements about medicine that are not only untrue by absurd! Please spare yourself, if you are sick you need to see a real doctor.

Dr. Spent quite a long time going over lab results with me in extreme detail so I would understand everything. This practice has a great clinical staff.

Hetal Shah is very business oriented. 1. He overbooks his appointments so you have to wait over an hour for your turn. Then he rushes you out as quickly as possible. 2. His billing has been wrong EVERY TIME for me. The goal for this office is to change insurance as much as possible. 3. His diagnosis is adequate. Nothing more nothing less. 4. His staff is rude. Especially the fat guy. 5. This office will try to get you to come in for a follow up even if there is no need or if it can be done on the phone. Their goal is to charge you for the follow up. 6. BEWARE OF THEM using out of network labs or diagnosis so they can make more money from you. Why would a doctor in your network use out of network services even though he has your IN NETWORK insurance info.

This is absolutely without a doubt the worst family physician and pediatricians office I have ever been to. The nurse practitioner is downright rude, nasty and offensive. Their call back time is days or never, even for a sick appointment, good luck. I have had them say that they were going to call in scripts and then I'd call my pharmacy and they never called them in, so I have to bug them repeatedly to make the call. I have requested that the doctor give me a return call and he refuses to do so. The wait time is forever, on average I'd say I wait at least an hour every visit. They have messed up and given me the wrong dose of medications so often that they started to tell me the wrong dose was actually the right dose and acted like I was making things up, despite the fact that the pharmacy could confirm the correct dose I'd been getting and was in agreement with me. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. AWEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This so called doctor always has us wait an hour or sometimes 2 hours. Their office violated the hippa act and contacted my sister about my daughters illness. We were waiting almost 45 minutes haven't been seen thr doctor instead someone else comes in and asks us to wait in the lobby because my kids were too loud when all they were doing was my 3 yr old reading a book to. Me and playing stop and go. That place and doctors are the most unprofessional people i have ever met. Another thing my daughter when born weighed 7lbs 2 oz at 2 months old she weighed 10 pounds and they said she was under weight which i had to prove she wasn't! I can't believe they are even in practice!

Very thorough. Direct. Tells you like it is! Do you want the truth or sugar coated answer? Extremely empathetic and sympathetic. Patient and takes his time to listen and understand. Nice to have doc that actually cares! You may not like what he has to say but you know it's accurate and the truth.

Super Diagnostician. Caring. Understanding. I think the negative reviews are due to people not understanding Dr. Shah's utter professionalism and no-nonsense treatment. I want a doctor, not a nurse maid. Great staff. Very accommodating as far prescription refills, urgent appointments, and information.

Very arrogant, no bedside manner. Incorrect diagnosis so wrong medication prescribed. Office staff somewhat unpleasant and sloppy.Showed total lack on interest in patient.
