I am the daughter of a patient assigned to this clinic. For the most part my mother has reported adequate care. However recently she went two weeks without her meds because her prescriptions were not renewed because she had not come in within 3 months. The pharmacy called this office numerous times with no return call when my Mom could not refill the meds. When she did come in for an appointment her blood pressure was very high and required immediate medication to bring the B/P down. She was not told that the med would make her drowsy. Please be more aware of your elderly patients - they need closer follow up. Meds should never be withheld, when they are established as helpful for the patient.It is possible to fill the gap until the next appointment.
