BLEEDING MOLES and Dr Hein Tran did not want to remove saying it is a COSMETIC procedure! I’ve waited 2 months with bleeding moles for an appointment to have him say they are COSMETIC, and he will not do it. BLEEDING MOLES are not cosmetic, you just lack empathy to your patient’s pain complaint’s that is what this is about! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS USELESS DOCTOR!

Dr Tran has been the most professional and caring Dr that I have met. I highly recommend him and would tell all that ask about his great care and service rendered. Top notch all around.

I visited Dr. Tran for a skin condition. At first, I wasn't sure what it was but found it was making me very nervous and anxious, since I've always been in generally good health. From the start, Dr. Tran took the time to really listen to me, understand my health history, while also asking the right questions to serve that very same purpose. Not only is Dr. Tran patient in his approach, he is very caring and sincere. Through various visits and weeks of thorough evaluation, Dr. Tran resolved my issue. I don't say this lightly, but Dr. Tran is unequivocally one of the finest, smartest, most patient and sympathetic doctors I've come across. I not only feel I have a superb derm specialist I can always go to, but in a weird, subtle way feel I also have a pseudo-friend. Maybe it's how he listens and the fact that he genuinely cares; nonetheless, he is an amazing physician as well as a great person. I highly recommend Dr. Tran. And as I left his office on my last visit, I mentioned to… him, "I hope to see you, but not in this context." I actually meant it.

He is awesome--very caring. He asked the right questions which allowed him to give info about my skin conditions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist. Also, he is funny--after giving me the prescriptions the good doctor told me...my handwriting is like chicken scratch..tell the pharmacist to give me a call if there is any ques- tions. That is absolutely very caring and funny.

Dr. Jack has all the education and practical skills a patient could anticipate. But his confidence and care for his patients is extremely reassuring. I was truly astounded at the surgical skill he showed and his after-care interest was really appreciated. I cannot say enough good things!

Dr. Tran is a great dermatologist. He's incredibly well-trained, experienced and knowledgeable. Our baby boy had some eczema that was really bothersome and just wouldn't go away, and he's been doing much better since we started seeing Dr. Tran.

The thing I like about Dr. Tran is he's very patient, courteous, easily accessible, and will take time to do due diligence for the proper diagnosis. We unfortunately experienced a burn in our family and he was very helpful to make sure we received the proper treatment, now you would never know it happened. Also, he's helped me with some of my skin conditions.
