I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Very disrespectful provider. Didn't looked at me and told me to lose weight and walked out. I am fully aware I need to lose weight, that had nothing to do with my visit. Worst doctor I've ever seen. She should reconsider her career choice if that's how she wants to treat people.

I really liked Dr. Ritzer. I felt like she actually cared about my well being.

As a person with a number of health issues and a person who works in healthcare, I'm no stranger to the process. I saw this doctor for a pre-employment physical today and walked away stunned. She began the physical not with a warm greeting and a shake of the hand, but by immediately railroading me with a series of leading questions about my health history, trying to back me into a corner about some of my chronic conditions; all of which are in good control. Still, the appointment was less than 10 minutes and I left feeling like it was her job to find a reason to keep someone from getting employed, rather than accurately assess whether or not a person could perform the duties required of their position safely and effectively. She read my chart like a gate keeper, rather than a person sworn to respectful and effective patient care. Then, she fired off some questions and booted me out the door without so much as a "thank you." Leaving me, a young, generally healthy, drug and alcohol… free person to wonder if this screening is going to jeopardize my ability to advance my career. I'm loathe to consider how this woman treats patients who are in her continuing care.
