Dr. Deutsch has been with Bethesda Pediatrics since she moved to the D.C. area from New York City in 1994. Dr. Deutsch was born and grew up in New York City. She received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her medical degree from State University of New York Medical School at Brooklyn. Dr. Deutsch completed both her pediatric internship and residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Babies Hospital. Dr. Deutsch is the current president of the Montgomery County-Prince Georges Pediatric Society. Dr. Deutschs special interests include asthma and nutrition. Dr. Deutsch lives in Bethesda with her husband and two teenage sons. When not at one of her sons sporting events, Dr. Deutsch likes to travel, cook, and play basketball.
