At first, I liked Dr Ronner very much. She is clearly a skilled ophthalmologist. As time went on, I thought she talked too much about her personal life. The clincher for me, however, was that she gave me her email address and got angry and insulting when I used it. She also bad-mouthed my former ophthalmologist which is something no doctor should ever do. Finally, when I had to purchase an extrembly expensive medication she prescribed, she made no effort (all my other doctors do this) to contact my insurance company for an approval for a lower fee. In fact she sent me a coupon for a few dollars and told me to contact my insurance company myself.

Love her! After seeing several doctors for my dry eye issues, she helped me. She is intelligent and kind hearted.
