Dr. Hillary Grainer

I had an appointment with Hillary Grainer on 06/18/24, and it was so horrible and unproductive that I felt compelled to leave a review. Despite presenting with serious concerns about my kidneys, which are two-thirds covered in lesions and complex cysts with developed blood flow, the only advice I received was to drink water ("I am going to have you drink water, water is the key" - I was told multiple times) and to observe my kidneys every six months. This advice was an absolute joke and did not address my condition at all. To make matters worse, she told me that nephrologists (kidney doctors) do not take care of issues like mine and that I should see a different type of doctor. This was incredibly confusing and frustrating, as I came to her specifically for her expertise in kidney health. I also informed her that I was running out of insurance, making this inadequate consultation even more disappointing. I cannot understand how practitioners like this obtain their degrees and… maintain employment. I wasted both time and money on this visit, and I am still left with no actionable advice except to drink water.
