Dr. Miller, Truly care for her patient, I cannot say nothing but good things about Dr. Miller.

Dr. Miller has been our family doctor for at least 10 years. She helped us through my Dad's lung cancer, broken back, broken neck and finally, his death. She continues to help us manage my 89 year old Mother's health issues. As well, she has helped my partner and I with our general middle aged type health issues. She has always been thorough, compassionate, treating us as a family as well as dealing with each of our separate health issues. She is clear and spends the time to help us to understand the issues at stake. She has made painstaking adjustments to our medications to find the exact balance needed. I really cannot find the words to say how grateful I am to her. She has simply been wonderful and beyond compare. Also, I think there must be something wrong with these other people who have rated her poorly. I would recommend her, have recommended her frequently. She's the best; there is no comparison.

I've been a patient of ARC for years and never had anything but good experiences. When my regular DR was on vacation, I got booked with Dr Miller. I have never felt looked down on by a Doctor before until I met with her. She was very uninterested in my symptoms, obviously had not checked my chart (as I was being seen for something chronic) and tried to prescribe me a medication I was already prescribed per my regular physician. Obviously doesn't check on or care about patients history. Basically told me "it will go away". I was so disappointed I paid my copay for this worthless visit. Oh, and by the way, she was halfway out the door talking to me as she left, not once looking back. Obviously, once she's done, she's done.

I had been seeing Doctor Miller for a couple of years for annual checkups. When I started having irregular and heavy menstrual periods I immediately informed her about them. She kept insisting that it wasn't unusual even after they continued. It got so bad that her physician's assistant is actually the one who was at least smart enough to do a blood test after I started having problems with dizziness/inability to think (I didn't connect the problems with my bleeding). In fact, I had all but given up driving and was barely functioning. The assistant diagnosed me with severe anemia and asked if I was having heavy periods. When I told her "yes! yes! yes!" she told me that there really wasn't anything they could do except to try birth control pills to control my bleeding. No other options, no doctor referrals, no possible causes, no nothing. Basically, tough luck. Thankfully I eventually found a doctor who took my symptoms seriously and who was able to easily determine the cause… (numerous fibroids) and remove them, thus alleviating my symptoms.Had I continued listening to Dr. Miller I might very well have bled to death by now. Those Harvard degrees on the wall are not worth the paper they are printed on. RUN, don't just walk away.
