Dr. Hillary Elizabeth Norton, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Norton's for years. I receive infusions for ankylosing spondylitis and R.A. Getting diagnosed and treated by her has changed my life. It's given me freedom and stability that I didn't have for years prior to a formal diagnosis confirmed through blood testing. Her staff is caring, as well as conscientious regarding follow-up, too.

Good Lock Trying to Get a Appt. I was referred to her by my doc, and I submitted all the necessary paperwork (e.g. imaging, lab results etc.) prior to scheduling a appointment, and I left numerous voicemails to set-up a appointment with her and never heard back from anyone. Worst customer service ever!

By far the worst medical practitioner that I have ever encountered. Not only is she incompetent but her staff is completely unresponsive and negligent. If you are in pain and in need of appropriate medical care please do not see her. Unfortuenlytly I do not have a good recommendation locally but please try to seek care elsewhere.

I have a rare autoimmune condition and I was so happy to hear that this dr. was helping to another fellow sufferer. I have applied all my papers and they took a month to get back to me even though I provided them with my insurance pre-authorization for the treatment I needed, front desk person decided that I may not be able to pay their office fees by just looking at me! no questions asked she refused me after a month! I would not bother going there. I think Hippocratic oath does not mean much to this dr.

The NP for Dr. Norton feels threatened when one asks her a question. She is very unprofessional.

When I presented new symptoms of concern, she didn't seem concerned or tried asking any questions or offer an explanation that this was a new symptom in my medical condition. Dr. Norton was skittish in checking and much less touching my hands or ankle when I expressed increased pain. I will be finding a new doctor out of town.

Office is too busy and the staff isn't friendly. The doctor is cold and appears uninvolved

Aside from waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Dr. Norton seemed to busy to take the time to listen to me wanting immediate yes or no answers to options of treatment. I felt very rushed through the appointment and completely like a number and not a patience. Definitely not worth the co-pay of $45.00

The best doctor ever she really listens and trys different treatments for my RA. Answers questions on her Portal in an efficient manner. The only Dr who diagnose me after 4 years of going from Dr to Dr.

Dr. Norton gave me a treatment plan at one visit, and options for the future if the original plan did not work. She gave me hope again about my condition. At my last visit she took all the hope away and told me she could not help me. She said the options we discussed previously were not going to work. She was unable to refer me to anyone who could help. She walked out of the room without allowing me to ask the questions I had. Her information about my condition did not match up with my other physicians or my experience. She was very confusing. She would contradict herself. If you a have plain easy to treat condition, then she can probably handle it. Otherwise, find someone else.
