Dr. Hillary R Raynes, MD

Dr. Raynes saw my 1.5 yr old son for neurology and was very patient with his skeptical bahvior at the doctors. She was thorough with his medical history and the exam. She answered any questions we had and offered a follow up appointment if necessary for him. I was very pleased with her. The only thing I think could be improved is we waited 45 min when we were the only patient waiting and first one of the day.

Out of the few times I was in her office. . The receptionist was not polite and does not make u feel like home.. they ask u to be early and on top they make u wait like 45 min to an hour to be seen by the doctor.. the waiting room is discusting a lot of dust.. the children little play area is nasty my kid was playing and there was spots of food and flems u could tell.. the area roim where they examine the kids is also discusting my kid wwas place on the floor fo an exam and when I picked her up she dragged lots of dust from the floor.. very unpleasant place.. I also heard they rate themselve good so people go there. . Very unprofessional
