Dr. Hillary Marie Seger, MD

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Seger and her office. She is prompt, professional, easy-going and thorough. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Seger uses the full appointment to listen and really give options even if some are still more trial based. We tried several different ways to try and treat the nerve pain with out going to narcotics. Even when something fails I don't feel let down or hopeless, Seger always has more research and suggestions for what to do next. I am younger so I am used to the questions "Well what happens if you want kids when you're older" when dealing with endometriosis. It always feels that the small chance of me changing my mind and wanting my "own" kids (I have the most amazing stepchildren already) is valued more to doctors than my need of having a life that's not constantly inturrupted with a stabbing unceasing pain. I cried when I left Seger's office that she listened to me and what was important to me, not what she may have "felt" because I'm just shy of 30. I felt like a person and not a broken baby-maker. This was a vast comparasion to my last gyno. Right before I visited Seger I was… referred to a different Gyno who told me that the pain from my ruptured cyst was "ovulation pains, some 'girls' don't like how it feels" and wouldn't listen that we had already tried her "cure" to endometriosis. (Laparoscopic surgery and mirena, which did not work and came back in less than a year) Because of this experience I was worried going to see another gyno and felt that it was hopeless and there were no more options for my endo and cysts. The doctor was so worried about maintaining my (unlikely) fertility instead of trying to help me. Would not listen that my husband has a vasectomy and we were not wanting more children. Her concern was "well what happens if you change your mind and get the money for IVF".

She was so rude. She Disregards patients and treats them like a child. When talking about my problem she told me that I was wrong and pushed a medication on me and the just left!

This doctor was the WORSE! After spending 3 hours waiting because I was double booked, the doctor then came in barely heard a word I said and pushed a medication on me. She acts like she listens and only does what she thinks is best.

DR. Hillary Seger is amazing and I loved her as did my three year old son and new baby that she delivered! If only id seen this sooner! she is amazing ...
