Great family Doctor. Always available and takes care of our medical needs. I would recommend to all my family members and friends. I am shocked at the posted rating but read the review and realize they have zero integrity. See you at the next visit Doctor!

I'm a retired acute care nurse, 15 years at genesis east. My Dr was unavailable so accepted appointment with Dr Alla. I needed acyclovir for herpes inside my lower eyelid. She looked at me from 3 feet away, did not examine me at all. Said she was uncomfortable prescribing me any acyclovir. I've had this occur on my face since I was a child which i told her, also i could go blind with it in my eye. I had gone to dermatologist for years and had a supply of the medication for long time. Had not had problem and not visited my dermatologist for 2 years. When I got upset, she had a smirk on her face. I then proceeded to tell her she was a horrible Dr. And had should not be working with the public. Her attitude is arrogant and not interested in my situation and did not listen or care.

I have been seeing Dr Alla for the last 5 + years and I think she is great she is very informative and she seems to cares about her patients very much as far as I can tell from my visits

I have absolutely no problems when l need her. I truly believe they think my time is as valuable as theirs.
