Dr Hina Sidhu

The office did not tell me it was a telehealth appointment. When I showed up, I was told that they always tell patients and that they called that morning. When I shared the message they left, there was no mention of it. Then I shared the email they had sent with the address and driving directions. She stated that they send an automated response. When I suggested they might want to update it,,she said she doesn’t know how. Maybe she should find out! Next, I met with PA King on the telehealth appointment from their parking lot. The appointment was scripted, and I don’t think she knows much about mental health. They had me fill out several forms prior to the appointment and she refused to go over the one that was the main reason I made the appointment. When I asked about it, she just said that’s their office procedure. Why have me fill it out then? It was the main reason I requested the appointment and they refused to go over it with me.

The staff here is awful. Do yourself a favor and stay away

After 2nd visit she pushed me off onto her PA WHO HAD MINIMAL KNOWELDGE and need to look up W things we talked about. When I asked to c the dr. And not the PA THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT without letting me know. When I went to appointment I was told it was cancelled and they had no more available appointments. I would not ever recommend this MD, SHE HAS NO EMPATHY and it was obvious.

This "doctor" specifically told me that she does not do anything but dispense drugs, and will not give a patient what they ask for, even if it means that it is the only medication that gives me a reason/desire/energy..to live. I should have listened to the other reviews; she is cold, has no empathy or compassion for patients and she makes this quite obvious from the start of the first visit.

Dr. Sidhu has helped me tremendously! She spent time to give me the treatment that I needed not just one that I wanted. That’s how I know she truly cares. I’ve come so far and I finally have hope thanks to her guidance, wisdom & the great staff support at her office!

Dr. Sidhu has a horrible attitude and lacks empathy for her patients. She berated me for cancelling my appointment prior and trivialized my symptoms to medications she prescribed me (which mind you I had taken previously for about a year and it didn’t work for me, we were trying it once more). When I asked her to prescribe me a lower dose she was less than understanding and told me I would slow my recovery (again, in a less than kind way and much attitude). I told her she needed to work on her attitude and that she was incredibly rude. I think she knows she has a bad attitude because when I got up to leave before I told her that, she didn’t say a word! Do not recommend.

Dr. Sidhu for one, has strange hiring practices. For a mental health practice, she has surrounded herself with receptionists that have less compassion than prison guards and service skills bordering on incompetence. Not only do they never answer the phone, but rarely (I’m being generous with that word, in my case would be never) return a call. They basically seem to be playing a dangerous game of chicken with patients mental well being. And when you call, you get the treat of listening to an overly long message, which culminates in a ridiculous statement saying you can call the Dr., but only if it has nothing to due with medication, appointments, mental health issues or is an emergency. What?? I actually like Dr. Sidhu, but getting through her receptionists/security guards is not really worth the stress.

This place is unprofessional and unethical. Her receptionist is very rude. The Doctor is just okay, nothing great!

Her receptionist, Monica is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend Dr. Sidhu solely based on her receptionist.
