Dr. Hitesh R Shroff

Not the one for writing Bad Reviews, but I owe to all the NEW patients. He is only trying to milk money from you. One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE dentist I know of. Just straight up forcing you to do procedures that you are not ready to go forward with. If you tell him no you are not ready. He becomes so RUDE, it’s like his true self comes out showing he is only in this to make money. He is like a car salesman no one wants to deal with. Wow I can’t believe we still have Dr’s like this in today’s day and age still practicing.

BEYOND HORRIBLE. First off he is VERY RUDE. The only person who was very nice was his front desk Receptionist. I went to his office a year ago when he was partners with another doctor. I needed a filling by the way I have braces. That Doctor fixed my filling and was really nice, fast forward today I went for another filling, his partner wasn't there anymore because they got into a fight and separated (Not Surprised) well his assistant was very rude and unprofessional too was looking to see which tooth needed to be filled then he walked in saying "you never came here before" first off as a dentist or Doctor you don't walk in the room to greet your patients like that. They didn't even have my record when I went there the first time. UNPROFESSIONAL. Then his assistant and himself was making a big deal why I don't have my wire on my braces it's because my orthodontist office is next door they took the wire out so he can do the filling. Then they wanted X rays then he was complaining of how… he can't see the teeth because of the braces. He made me feel VERY embarrassed and everyone in the office heard him. I honestly stood quiet but then I couldn't take it anymore and told him off and left! I don't care if you see any good reviews he is HONESTLY BAD! His is UNPROFESSIONAL and money hungry person! And now I know why his partner left him!

Dr. Shroff is very personable and also takes time to talk and educate you about what you can do and all your options. He placed implants for me and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't that bad.

I have been a patient of Dr Schroff for 25 years and i would never even think about going to another dentist. He and his staff are total professionals and they know how to make a patient feel comfortable.In the past i have had Dr Schroff do numerous root canals and crowns ,tooth extractions etc.Each and every time i walked out feeling better than when i walked in. He has taken me on for emergencies without blinking an eye. i say this will all honesty"by far the best dentist i have ever gone to in my entire life!!!
