I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the actions of Dr. Hmayak Matossian and Pacific Valley Medical. I recently found myself in a situation where they requested money from me, despite the fact that my insurance had already paid for the services rendered. It is both concerning and frustrating that a medical professional and their associated medical facility would engage in such questionable practices. I was under the impression that my insurance coverage would handle the costs of the medical services I received, as is the norm for such situations. However, Dr. Hmayak Matossian and Pacific Valley Medical still saw fit to request additional payment from me. What makes matters worse is that my insurance company had already denied the additional costs, indicating that these charges were not warranted or approved. It is completely unacceptable for a medical provider to attempt to collect money from a patient when the insurance company has made a clear… determination regarding coverage. This experience has left me feeling both disappointed and disillusioned. As patients, we place our trust in medical professionals to provide us with quality care and to handle the financial aspects of our treatment appropriately. Dr. Hmayak Matossian and Pacific Valley Medical have failed in this regard. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with Dr. Hmayak Matossian and Pacific Valley Medical. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of transparency and integrity in the medical field, and I believe that patients deserve better. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering seeking medical services from this provider and facility.
