I have always been very satisfied and happy with Dr. Pham's excellent services I've been to other dermatologists who were over priced and only interested in big bucks. But Dr. Pham's interest is to ensure the best service for the client. He never pushes unnecessary procedures. He is very kind, very professional, and thorough in considering the person as a whole when making a recommendation. He never rushes the client, is very kind, very patient, and very professional. I have trust in Dr. Pham as I believe his main interest is providing the best, most appropriate care. He would not recommend any procedure if it was not the best for the client. His office staff is also very knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Pham. He is the best.

This is my first review on any subject. It seems to be the norm for people to complain about everything from cold coffee to heavy traffic. If the coffee you have purchased is too cold, Have them pour you another cup. Should you find that Traffic is heavy, depart earlier, walk or metro. If service is that bad. DON'T Go Back. It's rare to complement but I find Doc Pham and the girls to be straight forward and polite. (I'm not looking for romance or a new found friend.) I am treated warmly and whatever procedure I may need is completed. Thanks Doc. And you ladies as well. Happy X MAS! JV

I have work so I try to come in during the office's earliest appointment time, which is 10:00 AM so that I can get back to work. BIG MISTAKE. I've taken the morning slot 3 times and each appointment, he came in at least 20 minutes late and at most 45 minutes late.

Does not spend time enough with patient, try to make many appointments to get your money. I would not recommend this dermatologist.
