Dr. Hoda Antoun Zaki, MD

NEGATIVE 5 STARS.i was seeing her complaining about abdominal pain and back pain. She said to loose weight. so i did. I got down to normal weight and pain was still there. I also asked to get on birth control because I have endometriosis, my obgyn moved out of town so I saw H,Zaki, she said no because i cant get pregnant anyway my tubes are blocked. .3 years later i was in hellish pain and she NEVER DID ANYTHING.so i left her and went to Dr Mathew . I ended up getting full hysterectomy bu dr,Wilson. My endo was wrapped around all my internal organs from my bladder to under my lungs. I hate dr Zaki ,my regret i didnt sue her and make her pay for my loss time of work and all my pain. Dr Wilson said he never saw anyone with such a mess inside and how did I walk every day and what doctor left me in this condition? I told him. I asked if I could sue, he said yes you have a case ,but just live your life now. I'm so sorry you went through all this pain and surgerywhen dr could of helped me.… I know a few other ppl who go to her. They complain about how she dont send them out for tests and treatments. I asked them if they have HMO.insurance. and they said yes. Why? It's because dr zaki told me straight to my face at a visit that she looses money referring ppl out to specialist. I never went back to her again. I think she is a selfish person and karma sucks. But oh well. I have the best treatment now. So if you go see her I hope you never have anything life threatening ,a ear infection she can treat. But otherwise. You better run. I swear to God that all I posted here is 100 % true. I will NEVER FORGET WHAT SHE DID TO ME. shes lucky I walked away and didnt file charges. My mistake. I wish I did .maybe malpractice would wake up the dr QUICKIE. =ZAKI. but that's unfair to say. I believe shes educated ti help ppl,but wont if it means making more money. If you go to her. Good luck. But like I said if you have a feeling more is wrong then get a new caring dr. Because she wont help you. If she can make an extra amount of money off you.

I wish there was a no star option! She would get a zero rating! This Dr. sits on patient conditions that are serious and need immediate care! After several visits of getting substandard treatment, My parents go to her and my mom begged her to treat my dad! This Dr gave him a breathing treatment and sent them on their way. My dad was scheduled to see a lung specialist in 2 days and she wouldn’t order a breathing machine due to insurance being complicated and a hassle, nor would she treat him, other than a breathing treatment! She didn’t do her job in consulting the lung specialist and telling that lung Dr that this case was urgent and to see this patient ASAP! My Dad ended up having pneumonia and required hospitalization due to this Dr. To top it off, when she came to my dad’s room, after my dad was admitted to order all his meds, she told my dad he was a stubborn man! My dad had been sick for 6 weeks and she only half treated him in at least 4-6 visits that I am aware of! The… medical profession takes an oath to first do no harm! By sitting on my dad’s condition for so long, this did him harm!! I wouldn’t take my pet to this Dr for treatment!! She is a poor excuse for a Dr! I have seen bad Drs as a nurse, but this Dr is one of a kind, in a bad way!!! If you are considering becoming a patient of Dr H Zaki, please reconsider and run!! I have never written a review on a Dr in my lifetime, but felt obligated to the Flint community to do a review this time!! I hope this helps others to avoid harm from this Dr.

Dr. Zaki is great about spending whatever time is necessary to talk to you -- doesn't rush through her appointments. Always sends to specialist when necessary or requested. Have been going to her for many years now and am very pleased.

My husband and I both go to this doctor and she is excellent! Her staff, however, leave much to be desired.
