Dr. Holly Ann Dickson, MD

My review is based solely on a letter endorsing a politician. She is not LGBTQ friendly and fear mongers about CRT. I wouldn't go to her if she was the last doctor on earth.

She made me feel very at ease was very nice

Wow Dr Dicksen planned a scheduled induction for 8am I didn't see her until after my baby was born, she came strolling in the room saying "he didn't want to wait for me hah?" Laughing! As if it was funny that I went through labor and delivery without a doctor let alone MY doctor by my side to monitor my high risk labor! She looks good on paper but she is short and not very informative at appointments. I had a nurse I never met coach me through my labor with my nervous husband! We kept asking where my doctor was and the staff told us they had called her but she was finishing dinner, and at 10:25pm my healthy (no thanks to Dr Dicksen) baby boy was born and two minutes later she came waltzing In the room. She is the worst OB doctor no expecting mothers should look to her as a trusting physician or plan on having her present at your L&D!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR! We were lucky no complications occurred and that we had an experienced nurse to take care of us in our scary hard labor! What a… horrible shock to be in not having a doctor by my bedside I was left to go through labor with my husband and a nurse never again would I go to Dr Dicksen she was not there for purpose and did NOT do her job!! Go to any doctor besides her!

Had a uterine ablation to stop heavy long periods, I would not even know that I had it done except I had her remove a skin tag when she did it and the skin tag is gone. No change is long heavy periods. She did offer a few solutions of pills and shots but all of them where more expensive then I wanted after spending so much already.

Had an awful experience. Was having severe pain after my c-section for 2 months, at which point an infection was found. Had to have 3 rounds of antibiotics since the infection was there for so long, and I was still in pain afterward. I questioned whether the infection could still be there, and she had the nerve to call me paranoid. Thankfully the infection was gone, but the pain remained and she offered no help or suggestions other than Percocet. Very upset with her and the way I was treated.

I was extremely uncomfortable about my reason for a visit and scared, but Dr. Holly Dickson set me totally at ease. I felt like this was a trusted friend. I would definitely make her my regular gynecologist, and use her if ever I needed an obstetrician.
