She actually spends time chatting with you to get a better feel for what is going on with your health, and to make it possible for her to deliver the best care to you.

Dr. Holly and her staff are always very courteous and they listen, which is very important, especially the latter. I feel as though they treat you as an individual and not as a number, so when I am there, I know they are treating just me at that appointment and not looking at their watches or the clock just to get me in and out. It is very refreshing to see this in a medical practice.

Dr. Holly took extra time to discuss some non-health related issues I have that are causing great stress. She went to the trouble of writing down names and phone numbers to help me out.
