I work with adults, teens, couples, and families ages 10+. I specialize in working with eating disorders, chronic health conditions including gastrointestinal issues, ADHD, and relationships/dating. I also work with a wide variety of other concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and COVID-19 stress. My mission is to empower people to sustain change long after therapy has concluded. I use evidence-based practices such as ACT, CBT, DBT, FBT (Family Based Therapy for eating disorders).
