Dr. Holly Marie Langmuir, MD

I have seen Dr. Holly Langmuir on one occasion, and tried to see her a second time. My second appointment was scheduled for 4:20pm. 30 minutes later, I was taken to an exam room. 30 minutes after that, I decided to leave since an hour (in total) had passed without any follow-up or communication from the doctor or her staff. I had to pay my co-pay up front, and the unfriendly receptionist (Sally) was unable to reverse the payment. She told me today that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the payment to be refunded. I understand that appointments can run late. However, I should have been told that she was running an hour (or more) late so that I could have made a decision to wait, reschedule, etc. Waiting an hour without any communication is unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I will be finding another doctor.

Bad bedside manner. Unprofessional & immature speaking manner. Given verbal test results that contradict mailed letter of same test. Did not respond to my comments or questions appropriately. Unable to determine results from routine screen and requested a different test instead of repeating first. Uncoordinated communication regarding obtaining prior tests. No follow-up.
