Dr. Homayoun Nazarian Sasson, MD

I was treated by Dr Sasson at St Francis Hosp for a work related accident and then a followup. Dr Sasson is what a doctor is suppose to be, not about the money but about the patient. He is skilled in his profession (he patched me up good), no nonsense and also: empathetic, caring, understanding and has a good sense of humor. They don't make many like this anymore. I appreciate him.

I had prior experience with Dr. Sasson, and though 7 years have passed he was the same compassionate, professional, knowlegable Dr I remembered. He lets the patient lead the conversation and is absolutely NOT pushing his own agenda, which could be easily done in the case of cosmetic surgery. He is reassuring and supportive and very patiently explains and demonstrates his plan. I was tremendously encouraged after my visit.

Dear Friends, I’m 75 years old and kept putting off addressing my facial blemishes. After Dr. Sasson took care of a painful cyst on my wife’s back and I saw her happiness, I decided to visit him. It was painless when his Donna injected a mole and cyst on my face! After a few minutes, Dr. Sasson scraped my mole, removed the cyst on my upper left lip, sutured the wound and applied a bandage. All I felt was a slight sensation of pressure, no pain! I have to say both these sites have healed quickly and are looking great. Dr. Sasson is truly a caring, wonderful surgeon. I sliced my finger using a Mandolin on Sunday before leaving for vacation on Monday. We needed to be at the airport by 3:00 pm. He called me back on a Sunday, which is amazing to receive a call back on a weekend. After explaining my vacation schedule, he told me to meet him at the ER Monday morning at 7:00am. He was there on the scheduled time, stitched up my finger and sent me on my way. Truly a wonderful person and surgeon. Follow up was yesterday and I have full use of my severed tendon and finger. If you ever have an emergency, Dr. Sasson is your person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My experience could have been much worse without you by my side.

Dr. Sasson repaired severed tendons and a ligament in my dominant hand recently. From his first telephone call he immediately put me at ease. It was like I was talking to someone I had known for years, and you could tell he cared. When he arrived in the Emergency Room, he immediately knew what was wrong and told me how he was going to fix it. The surgery was performed using only a local anesthetic, so I was fully conscious of what was happening, albeit, pain-free. The entire time he put me at ease, talked to me which was very calming. He then called me the following morning to ask how I was feeling. Most importantly, aside from an amazing bedside manner, the surgery was a total success. I cannot thank him enough.

My overall experience with Sasson Plastic Surgery from start to finish has been nothing short of incredible. DR. SASSON- THANK YOU THANK YOU. I had a slip and fall in my bathroom & cut my forehead open, deeply. The wound was down to the bone & required 30 sutures. I must have guardian angels watching over me- to be lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Sasson in St. Francis Hospital- which was fate. Dr. Sasson is friendly, his bedside manner is magnificent, and he is incredibly talented. Within only 7 DAYS- I was seen by Donna at his office- to have the sutures removed. She was so sweet, gentle, quick, and made the process very comfortable. Thank You so much DR. SASSON & DONNA! I am truly grateful to have been in your care. Thank You Thank You.

I am beyond amazed at the professionalism that Dr. Sassoon demonstrates and how very caring he is of his patients. Two of my three daughters have seen him for emergency visits and he called me multiple times to make sure they were OK and would not rest until they were treated 100% perfectly. Not only is he a Phenomenal doctor but he’s truly a great human being. From the experiences I have had it is incredibly rare to come across a doctor so magnificent a Dr. Sassoon. I will let no other plastic surgeon work on my children except him.
