Doesn’t listen. Rushes you along. Doesn’t follow up. Rude tone of voice. Worst experience ever.

She did my breast exam over a bra and gave me referrals for a chest x-ray & massage. That was my yearly physical, when I asked about the other issues she excused herself but never came back to the room, when I went to find her I was told she's in with her next patient.

I love Dr Nguyen! She never rushes through my appointment and is very compassionate!

I am so happy to have found her, I have every confidence in her!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nguyen!!!! I have never felt so comfortable around a doctor until I met her. She I very detailed and shows such a deep compassion for her patients. She is definitely the best doctor I have ever had.

she is so irresponsible

I went in for two reasons. #1 concern about phlegm. #2 Concern to keep an eye on my family history of diabetes. The appt. began fine, shared concerns and felt heard. Something must have happened outside my room because everything changed when she left and returned acting rushed. {If an urgent matter came up and she explained this, I would have understood. However nothing was said.} She hurried in with several drug samples for heart-burn and nasal spray. I didn't want to treat symptoms, I wanted a reason for the cause of my phlegm. This pretty much concluded the appt. as she aimed to leave again. I said,"Wait, you were going to check up my nose for the phlegm problem." At that, she grabbed the instrument off the wall, looked in my nose and replaced it back to the wall. She did not replace, or dispose of any plastic covering. I wondered how many others were checked before me and how many after. Unacceptable is an understatement. I left feeling odd about the whole thing. I then went to… the lab for the blood testing. She forgot to order a urine specimen as discussed. I now had to go back and wait to ask for this test myself. I waited several days for my blood test results. I finally had to call (you need to allow a lot of time to call the office. The "hold" time is ridiculous and you usually get disconnected at some point while waiting, then you start all over again.)and ask for my results. When I did receive my results in the mail, there was not a glucose test result which, as I earlier stated, was the other reason for my appointment.

Dr. Nguyen is the most kind and compassionate doctor me and my husband have ever met. She listens to your questions and concerns and never seems to be in a rush unlike most doctors!! I can't say enough of her.
