She is a wonderful Dr. and very thorough.

Very long wait every time I have brought my children there and doctor Hong doesn't seem very knowledgeable about things. Everything is a virus when my son was sick for over a month and was in emergency and admitted. When went for a check up she acted as if the hospital was wrong .. yet he's was better after 5 days of being admitted I personally feel she's a joke..

Doctor diagnosed my children with colds and the same day my 2 children were admitted threw emergency room with complete diffrent diagnoses. She previously prescribed one of my children an eye ointment and Dr Hong prescribed a yeast vaginal creme for an infants eye! I just happen to read the pharmacy instructions and it said don't apply to the eye.. when she prescribed for eyes. So that was just one insident.. she never makes check up appointments you have to make sick appointments then come in day of! Then you have to call to make an appointment forever away to check a previous condition which should be some what close to first appointment not a month away. They always have new owners or company they run under. I went threw them bc it was threw children's hospital but they are not with them anymore I wonder why.... Not!
