I came to Dr. Chen, my primary doctor at the time, with concerns about a swollen lymph node. He told me that it was just a cyst and not to worry. After switching doctors, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer that spread to my lymph nodes, which was the cause of the swelling. Had Dr. Chen taken the time to refer me to a specialist, I wouldn’t have had to wait two months for a diagnosis. Avoid.

I’m a chronic pain patient with back problems and frequent kidney stones. He told me “we all have pain, learn to deal with it”. What kind of doctor says that to a patient? After i realized that there was no way I’d get any help from this guy, I switched doctors. What a JOKE.
