Dr. Hongyan Zou, MD, PhD

Waited 2 hours talk to us for less than 5 minutes, walks up and opens the door, even ask us to stand up and leave. We were just asking questions, then she said she can’t take it! That’s fine, if you don’t have the skill cool with us! But why didn’t you said so In the beginning! Would not recommend her to anyone! Bad attitude! Don’t wanna waste time on you, then don’t take my money!

Very cold, unfriendly, still had pain after surgery and it has been over a year already. Did not remember me when I came for a follow-up after surgery(it was only 2 weeks!), had to ask my name, even though my file was in front of her.

I had 2 herniated cervical disks and first contacted Dr. Zou via email. She contacted me immediately to schedule my appointments and when I went to her office accepted me for surgery all with 9 days of my email. She even registered me into the hospital system herself which I never would have expected. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Zou and would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Dr. Zou for all you have done for me.
