Dr. Honzen Zen Ou, MD

I've found Prime Care Chino's President is Dr. Honzen Ou. This Doctor is interfering in the treatment plan set by my Primary Provider and myself. He is injecting his own personal morals and judgments into my treatment. Apparently because he is President of Prime Care Chino he feels he has the right to override my Primary Physician's decisions. He doesn't, in fact he may be breaching the Patient Doctor confidentiality. At least he is suggesting long term changes in my treatment and sharing my person medical information with others who do not have the education and knowledge to make these decisions. I advise stay clear of Dr. Ou, he my inject his own personal morals and judgments into your treatment regardless of what your Primary Provider suggests.

Horrible staff. They were extremely rude. Have no interest in patient care. I went with another surgeon.

Just another overbiller in it for the $ -- no interest in his patient, callous staff.
