Dr schlosberg is a great dr. patient, caring, very responsible. always checking the tests results and her previous appointment to make sure she is not missing anything. She is an excellent listener if you have any problem she taking care of it right away. She is very kind and friendly.

Have any of the other amazing doctors deliver your baby. Not a fan!

I was Dr. Schlossberg’s patient for many years (10+) without incident and recommended her to all my friends. In the beginning, she was super nice, seemed to remember me well and spent time with me. As time went on, that changed but it didn’t bother me too much. I was seeing her mostly for my annual checkup and I didn’t need too much from her. Recently though, that all changed. I started having severe bleeding and called the office asking the doctor to call me. When she never called, I called back and the front desk person told me that she probably didn’t call me back because I told them I missed my pill and this is “what they expect to happen.” (So basically the front desk now has a medical license?) Stupidly though, I took comfort in that and didn’t push the issue but as time went on, I was continuing to bleed for months with no reprieve and wasn’t able to stay at work without bleeding through my clothes. One day, I called the office again and insisted she see me even though… they pushed back. I came in and they made me wait 2 hours to see the doctor, all while I was severely bleeding (and they were not kind to me at all during that time - in particular, the red headed receptionist). Finally, I was brought in and they did a finger stick to test my hemoglobin, which they said read 11.4. Well, that test turned out to be inaccurate. A few days later, I was having trouble breathing, rapid heart rate and fatigue. I went to a cardiologist who ran a slew of cardiac tests because he couldn’t figure out the cause since Dr. Schlossberg’s test said I wasn’t anemic. I also went to the urgent care who ran a real blood test (turns out, a finger stick is incredibly inaccurate) and my hemoglobin was actually 7.2. As a result, I had to cancel a trip to London because the hematologist that I also had to see as a result of this told me that I couldn’t have flown without supplemental oxygen and I had to get 2 iron infusions which cost me $750 out of pocket. All of this because Dr. S’s office refused to see me or even call me when I originally asked and didn’t follow the proper protocol when I finally was seen. Every OB/GYN I’ve talked to since has been shocked by their level of care and told me I should have been sent immediately to the ER to see if I needed a blood transfusion. It doesn’t end there though. For some stupid reason, I continued to go back to Dr. S while looking for a new doctor. My bleeding still hadn’t resolved itself with the higher dose of hormone she gave me so she did an ultrasound and found that I have bunch of fibroids, including a submucosal fibroid which is rare and probably causing my issues. Still though, she advised that I wait to do anything about it and said we should see if the increased hormone helps me. Again, apparently this isn’t the standard of care. I found a new physician in NY who is an expert in fibroids and told me that if I had waited any longer and the fibroid grew, I would have had to undergo a much more serious procedure than the one he intends to perform. He was perplexed by Dr. S’s approach. I hate that this is the case because she was so great at first and conveniently located. I felt so comfortable with her early on but it’s clear that for serious issues, she is not the right person to treat you. I had physician friends tell me that I should report her conduct to the medical board. I don’t plan to do that but it would be irresponsible of me not to share my experience here.

I was a new patient and had an emergency, I was having horrible bleeding. Dr. Hope went out of her way to take care of me quickly and safely. She was excellent!

Dr. Schlossberg was my OB and delivered my son. She was amazing throughout my pregnancy and truly incredible during what turned out to be a very long and complicated labor. She is kind, encouraging, compassionate and truly listens to what the patient wants. I am very greatful to have found her!

Saw Dr schlossberg at the recommendation of several people. I waited about 90 minutes to see her the first visit and at least 45 the second visit. Her bedside manner is abrupt and borderline offensive. I had trouble with infertility and Dr S thoughtfully told me to "enjoy my first pregnancy because the second one wouldn't be so easy chasing after a toddler." Umm, could we focus on getting through the first one? Also, she's obsessed with weight gain and shamed me at my first (and second) visits and suggested I only try to gain 2 lbs by the next visit conveniently right after Xmas and New Year. Pretty sure the average Joe gains 2lbs over that week... Needless to say, I won't ever willingly see her again and hope she's not on call for my delivery. She might be a brilliant physician, but her terrible patient rapport makes her undesirable in my book

She is an excellent doctor, words can not describe , how satisfied I was with her. She is beyond good.Not happy with the staff in the front and who ever answers the phone.

They never called me to give me a status of results- they claim " no news is good news" it may just mean that they don't want to work so its 1 less call to make to patients.

I will never return, i should have left and not let Dr Schlossberg examine me. She and her staff & the office staff are abusive.

The doctor was nice and spent enough time with me, but I had to wait 1 hour to see her because the receptionist was busy text messaging instead of processing my application. Got some blood tests done and they never called me for the results despite me calling and asking for the result several times. Also got charged for a doctor's visit when I just went there for a blood test done by a tech! They charge your credict card without even asking for authorization if the insurance does not pay right away. On top of that, the only thing you get is a little unprofessional e-mail that says "You are resp for $XYZ amount since as per your insurance" and no info in the e-mail when the visit was, what the visit was for, etc. I tried speaking to the billing department but the person I spoke to was very rude and thought nothing of the fact that they charged my credit card without authorization! Unfortunately, the nasty staff makes it not worth my time to go back there again although the doctor was… nice. They need new staff.
