Dr Asbun is the best doctor in the world! He is highly skilled, highly knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and most importantly a very good person. He sincerely cares about the well being of his patients. Dr. Asbun saved my life, he was God sent. He performed a colon cancer surgery on me 5.5 years ago. I’m doing well today only because of the fantastic job done by Dr Asbun. I will be forever grateful to him. May God bless Dr Asbun!

After my Gall Bladder attack I was able to schedule A CT scan and Consultation with Dr Asbun within a week. This was a miracle as appointments at the Mayo can take over 4 weeks. Surgery was scheduled within days as I was so bad. As surgery was started it was determined that the Gall Bladder could not be removed in one piece. It was also partially attached to the Liver. A plastic bag was put around the Gall Bladder and the stones excised with the infected Bladder so nothing would leak when removed. I am now on the mend after a very successful surgery.

Dr Asbun is one of the finest and caring surgeons I have met. I have had a lot of surgeries but Dr Asbun is one of the best!! he performed my gastric bypass surgery 13 years ago and I have never had any problems. he also performed gallbladder surgery 12 years ago for me and he took very good care of me both times, such a caring doctor!!!

I searched for a doctor with the experience and skill to do my particular pancreatic surgery and I found that in Dr. Asbun. He has a wonderful sense of humor, shoots straight from the hip, was encouraging, fully explained the procedure and answered all questions I had and some I hadn't even thought of. That was something missing from the other surgeon I had met with at another hospital. I saw Dr.Asbun or his surgical team twice a day while in the hospital and they too were always very encouraging and willing to answer questions and spend time with me. While no one looks forward to surgery, it's always good to have a doctor you trust and believe in and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Asbun. His knowledge, skill, ability and cutting edge (no pun intended) attitude puts him at the top of my list.
