Dr. Horatio Connell Jones III, MD

If you are looking for a sarcastic, insensitive and egotistical snob, this is the right doctor for you. Honestly, stay away.

My experience with Dr. Jones was very positive. I had a plethora of health issues when I hit 40 and he was very helpful, attentive and patient. He is a knowledgeable and caring person. A+++

Dr. Jones has been a family practitioner for my husband and myself for over fifteen years. We have always been happy with his service, expertise, care and caring. He gave us the needed time and took care of our needs. We thank him for all he has done for us.

Dr. Jones has power and control issues. He has to be in control and power over his patients. He does not care about you knowing your own body, he only cares about his assessment of it. Your thoughts and self report of your symptoms are of no interest to him. No bedside manner and no manners whatsoever. Does not care about you. A rude and angry man.

He rushes around, unorganized and not a smart doctor. Would never return, he provides poor quality of care.

I had this doctor at the Smyrna ER. He was no bedside manner what so ever. He made me feel like it was pointless for me to be there. He basically told me he couldn't do anything for me. He made smart remarks and made me feel like I wasted a trip to the ER. I won't be going back to Smyrna ER.

Dr. Jones had anger issues that interfere with his consultations with me. He seems to react to quickly and defiantly when he does not get his way 100% of the time. His overreactions are unprofessional and a red flag.

Dr. Jones is my doctor, my wife's doctor and now my son's doctor. I can't say enough about how helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable he is. NEVER quick to prescribe medicine when time and common sense may do just fine...a great thing in a pediatrician. Despite what others say here, I have had many visits with him where I had an entire laundry list of things that I wanted to talk to him about and that was fine. He seems rushed because he talks fast...that's not a character flaw or poor "Doctoring", it's just talking quickly.

Dr. Jones has been my PCP for about 11 years now. I can not say enough good about him as a family doctor. Dr. Jones has always given extra care and listens to what I have to say as a patient. He truely cares about his patients. Dr. Jones also treats both my son and daughter; and has never treated one different based on their gender. Dr. Jones has been an excellent doctor for me and my children.

Always takes his time and answers all of my questions. Caring, very knowledgable and down to earth. Best physician I have had in my 73 years. I am a woman and cannot understand the negative review previously given by another woman
