He was the on call optometrist and I called over the weekend and he was rude and raised his voice. Not helpful at all. He just kept saying there was nothing he could do for me until he saw me in person. That it sounded like there could be something very serous going on. I asked if I should go to the emergency room and he said "why, unless you want to waste $1,000."
