Dr. Howard Joel Cohen, MD

Hack practice that does not care about people! This is all my opinion of course and some hearsay from employees on my visit. The injection office here is NOT sanitary! A TEENAGER THAT COULD NOT HAVE HAD PROPER TRAINING mixed chemicals for IV/shots! I think she was a nurses daughter! This is not an area of medicine to be treated lightly. According to staff Dr. Cohen is only concerned with the bottom line and does everything on the cheap-they did not care about speaking about this in front of me. As far as Dr. Cohen I agree that based on what I saw this Dr. is in it for the money! This happened over a year ago and I am glad I found a place to share my story!

Dr. Cohen is a wonderful caring Dr. I was terrified when I had to end up at his office with a terrible infection. He spoke seriously but calmly to me. Medication was administered. He called me himself the next day. I have received great treatment from him. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!

I have no opinion other than his office was unable to give me any idea how long it might be (week or two) until the doctor reviewed my new patient consultation materials faxed by my PCP relating to my fuo (fever of unknown origin) for more than 3 months which they were unable to treat adequately so they referred me. Not to these doctors, I must admit, but they were in my network. They didn't have the professionalism to even respond. I made multiple calls and got the "We really don't know how long it will take the doctor to look at the materials to let us know if they even need to see you." Most unsatisfactory.
