Dr. Howard Paul Hogshead

Dr. Hogshead operated on my spine 55 years ago after a neuroblastoma was removed from the middle of my spine. I was 6 months old and I was not expected to live past 2 years old. He fused two ribs in my spine. I wore a Milwaukee brace from age 18 months until I was 18 years old. He continued to treat me until I was 18. An amazing doctor that saved my life!

Dr Howard Hogshead did a lower herniated disc fusion on me in 1996. Prior to surgery I was in horrible pain, hunched over and miserable. Once I came out of surgery I was actually pain free! I did not even fill the pain meds script! He said it would happen again in 5 years but here I am 2022 and no problem! Thank you Dr

Dr. Hogshead operated on my back when I was a teenager- 30 years ago. He had to pick away over 100 slivers of spine, perform a bone graft and put in rods and screws to reconstruct my spine. My back is in excellent shape. I will remain grateful!

I had surgery over 20 years ago and of all the different doctors I’ve had over the last 20 years, I remember his name. He was honest, direct and made me feel at ease as a 20 year old experiencing what could have been a life altering surgery. I have had NO pain since my operation and have heard all kinds of horror stories. He is a master of his craft.

Very kind man. He is an expert. I had the surgery in 1984. I credit him with saving my life. I think of him fondly and often.
