THIS GUY LIES TO YOUR FACE. HE SAYS HE UNDERSTANDS THAT AFTER YOU DISLOCATE AN KNEE CAP THAT IT MAY GIVE OUT WITH STAIRS , EVEN SAYS HE IS SORRY THAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS DISABILITY. THEN MY OVERALL DISABILITY RATING HE SAYS 0% . BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LIAR THAT TOOK OATH IN THE 60's . He should be careful like anyone disabled going to him. I will never again , he Works for the city not his patients. He lies to your face. Anyone leaving a good review was hired by him beware!

I was seeing Dr Kiernan for many years. I suffer from Psoriactic Arthritis which caused severe damage to both knees. Dr Kiernan is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I had several surgeries as well as a knee replacement. He is caring and took the time to listen during my appointments. His office manager, Sally, is the greatest. She makes sure any issue you have is taken care of. Thank you Dr Kiernan for all you have done to help my situation.

Horrible doctor. Totally Useless and didn’t perform proper Independent Medical Examination tests. Phony and do not go to him. Liar as well. None of his “results” are consistent with what I am going through. Extremely rude doctor. Been in the field too long and doesn’t care anymore.

Horrible Doctor . I was sent to him for Independent Examination. He did not check the Area where he suppose to check if during his Examination, I was with him 3 minutes but on his paperwork he wrote as 15 minutes visit. It was worker compensation case, that's what he do I Guess because 4 people like me were waiting in the waiting Area, All were for worker Comp. He asked my name, Accident info and look at all the paperwork he was provided by Insurance company , He wrote some notes there and tell me that I am done. Everyone who left before my turn came , was cursing him because he was not checking the area where the injury was and he was getting so many worker comp cases like me because he gave everyone 0% disable So that's why Insurance company whose him to do that So he can save their money . Stay away from this Dr. because he is not honest with his profession.

Horrible doctor!!! I had to have an independent examination done & he was my doctor unfortunately. He didn’t even look at the injured area where I actually had surgery (not by him thank God) he did not bother checking if I could move the area to a certain position like he was suppose to do during his examination. On the paperwork he wrote it as a 25 minute visit, I was literally in there for not even 5 minutes! I basically walked into the room he asked me my name & accident info & that was it, he said you are done!! He never even examined me & still gave me a 0% loss. He’s a TOTAL fugazi fraud & was obviously paid off to give me a percentage like that when I actually had surgery for the injury. I can ONLY imagine how he treats his regular patients...very sad!!!! Trust me, stay away!!!

Dr. K preformed a partial hip replacement on me 35 years ago. Without asking me or informing me prior to surgery, he shortened one on my legs by 3/4". Post surgery he matter-of-factly commented that he had done so, as if it meant nothing. As shocked as I was, I was young, and he was a respected surgeon, so I said nothing. He didn't warn me of consequences, didn't mention orthotics, and now, at the age of 63, I am a cripple, from having spent over half my life walking with a an angled pelvis. My lumbar spine has degenerated because of pressure, and the discs are completely herniated on one side. I live with often excruciating pain, as it also has trapped my sciatic nerve. My cervical is also profoundly damaged, from holding my head erect, from a sideways tilt. He has ruined the quality of my life. Dr. Kiernan is negligent, incompetent, uncaring and should not be practicing medicine. Stay away from him if you care about yourself.
