Dr. Ronald Moore Chase, MD

First time I saw him he said that for my torn ac and cc ligaments, an allograft was my best option, the second time, after speaking with... did he say my insurance? A salesman of surgery parts?... he said dog bone buttons with suture tape was better. What can I induce? That his tune changed based on bureaucracy, rather than my best good? Not getting clear answers, I can deduce that he is not sincere. Sincerity is uncommon these days, but that doesn't make it any less loathsome.

Absolutely impossible to get in contact with for an important health concern. Refused to speak over the phone. Told me I needed surgery, wouldn’t tell me results over the phone, (forcing me to constantly make appointments to charge me more money) and when’s i finally got my appointment he “changed his mind” and I no longer needed surgery. Made me feel extremely anxious and that my health concern wasn’t valid. I hope Dr. Chase reads this and improves his practice , and that future patients read this as well, and are aware of the borderline malpractice going on here.

I love Dr. Chase. He's both knowledgeable and pleasant. I saw him at the 50 Court Street office. The staff is equally pleasant, and the office is clean and state-of-the art. I did have to wait my first visit for a long time but it was a last-minute afternoon appointment which, in my experience, are always long waits because the doctors get backed up. My second appointment was at 9:30 am, and I didn't have to wait at all.

Dr. Case is a gifted orthopedic diagnostician and surgeon! I would recommend him to anyone.

Although my health plan allows me to pick a physical therapy location, Dr. Chase has made it impossible for me to go to any center accept one they he selects. He wants me to travel by mass transit for over an hour rather than go to a center two blocks from my house.

the worst to get an appointment. then don't spend time explaining to you. like a regular routine, you haave pain take advil. they don't care, all the nurses need to be retrained, no manners what so ever. this makes the doctor looks even worse. plus the office space is dirty.

I was referred to Dr Chase by my Primary Care Physician for back and leg pain. Dr Chase sent me for X-ray but he was not satisfied with the result of the X-ray, so he sent me for MRI of the spine at Doshi Diagnostics in Brooklyn. The result revealed that I have a severe Spinal Stenosis. Dr. Chase discussed the result with me and informed me of different treatment options. He then refereed for Pain Management and Physical Therapy. I was very satisfied with the prompt diagnosis and treatment options Dr. Chase offered me.

I was hurt on the job, and the closet place was the HIP center. As soon as I arrived at the HIP center. I was refered to Dr. Chase. He was very caring, and gentle. I was so afraid, because my hand hurt badly,a nd i didnot wanted anyone to touch it. I was crying. The doctor informed me that he will make it better, but first he would have to take a look at it. Next, he send me to take an xray. Then he told me what was the problem, and how he would fixed it. I had to several more visit to make sure my hand was healing properly. I thank both his staff members and him for their immediate attention and help.I had to recommend my girl friend to him when she told me of her back problem.
