Dr. Howard Sheldon Schub, MD

What can I say about Dr Schub. He is absolutely the best doctor. My son has been going there for years. He us understanding and caring. My son just loves to see Dr Schub. We lived over 60 miles and I will not use another doctor to see my son.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Schub's for almost a year now. During our first visit, Dr. Schub immediately correctly diagnosed Jack and sent us for an MRI to confirm. Dr. Schub has always been very personable, familiar with my son's case, always calls back the same day to answer pressing questions, and seems to truly care about my son. He is very knowledgeable and collaborative. I feel like he listens to my questions/concerns and thoughtfully answers them. I have not had any trouble with the front office staff or the nurse practitioners. When we were in the hospital for my son's 48 hour EEG, we had the opportunity to work with several of the doctors in this practice as well as a physician assistant. They were all wonderful and attentive. I would trust my son's care to Dr. Schub, Dr. Cheng, and Dr, Flamini any day. They are great!

My 10 year old daughter began experiencing sudden and severe headache episodes and we were referred to him. Dr Schub always seemed distracted and in a hurry; never seem to know my daughter's history; kept making treatment recommendations that we had already done; mistakenly gave us recommendations and treatment plans based upon outdated test results and bloodwork from a prior doctor that we brought with us during our first visit rather than the test results he ordered and we realized the mistake two months later and pointed it out to him; failed to return a call for advice during a severe headache episode for more than 33 hours, forcing us to find alternative care for our child; and wanted to prescribe an anti-depressant medication as a headache preventive but couldn't articulate the potential effect on a developing 10 year girl.
