Dr. Howard Allen Stein, MD

Tried calling twice today, but they don't want to talk with me. They tell me to call when the manger is in to verify my insurance to schedule an appointment when my insurance company has verified that they are in our network. Put me on long hold to transfer me to their message center.

I found Dr. Stein and his staff to be very professional, efficient and compassionate. After suffering for almost a full year. Dr. Stein proposed the most practical and cost effective solution, then quickly preformed the procedure and was quick to offer follow-up should it be necessary. He was very reassuring.

I trust Dr. Stein with my health he is professional, knowledgable and a very good specialist in his field. I and my family all use him when we have a problem.

Due to the type of insurance I have, my PCP was very limited in the referral choices for me to have a colonoscopy. I was referred to Dr. Stein, whose office called almost immediately and scheduled me for an appointment. Dr. was friendly yet professional. I was scheduled and the procedure was done professionally and expeditiously. The office even followed up several days later to schedule a follow-up to go over lab/biopsy results. Those results were explained thoroughly and comprehensively, and a possible optional treatment was explained. I was not charged a co-pay for the follow-up visit.

Worst office!!!! Staff is rude. Doctor is late and unprofessional. My experience here was bad. Very bad. See another doctor.

I have a great respect for Dr.Stein professionalism, concern, and care for his patients, the medical feild is full of overwhelming knowledge that is thrusted at you everyday, maintaining a great level of success for patients takes a knowledgable and a well commited soul.

The manager is never there! Every time I call this office the manager is out on vacation or gone for the day. The manager NEVER works! It is very bad when you need to talk to the manager and they are never there and never return your messages or phone calls. Very bad business and very bad manager!

I came to see Dr. Stein earlier this year due to rectal bleeding I had been experiencing for a couple of weeks. When I had called for an appointment I was scheduled immediately and was in the office in no time. Dr. Stein performed a colonoscopy and determined that the bleeding was the result of hemorroids. He treated me and I have had no problems since. Thank you!
