ATTN: DR. GOLDFARB, Do you know what your staff is doing? I saw Dr. Goldfarb in Aug 2019 for a new patient visit and again to review test results. Due to unexpected travel, I was unable schedule the recommended procedure at the time but was told to call when ready. After returning to the area, Florida went in to COVID shut down. Finally, when I called in Aug 2020 to schedule the procedure, I was told that I needed to start all over from the beginning even though my condition had not changed. I asked if I could speak with the doctor or have him call me. Melissa, the Office Supervisor and very poor communicator, told me not to expect a call back, as this is "policy." Annoyed with her, I replied "I will find another doctor." Not surprised, I never received a call from Dr. Goldfarb so today, I tried to schedule an appointment, any appointment, even to start over. I was transferred to Melissa again, who said she would not schedule me to see my doctor (ever again) because I… "self-discharged." What does that even mean? Again, I asked to speak with my doctor and again, she told me not to expect a call back. After investing $160 & $101 on office fees and $132 for a mandatory drug test, I believe I have paid for the right to at least SPEAK to my doctor. Dr. Goldfarb, if it is your policy not to return patient calls, shame on you. If not, please call me so I can edit this review.

This doctor was in a hurry. Kept looking at his watch & answering his cell phone while talking to me. I will be seeing another doctor that is interested in his patient.

I visited Dr. Goldfarb for neck pain. He performed 2 procedures with anesthesia. After each procedure, I experienced increased pain for at least 2 months! He then advised me to have an epidural to relieve the pain radiating from my neck all the way down to my fingertips. The epidural did nothing, except pad his pockets some more. I followed up with both a neurosurgeon and another pain management doctor. The both said that Dr. Goldfarb injected a cluster of nerves, instead of just targeting the nerve causing my pain. This irritated nerves that should not have been touched and caused the pain. Dr Goldfarb does not know much; he is uncaring and incompetent. Dr. Goldfarb is not a pain management doctor; he is a pain enhancement doctor!

I've been a patient of Dr. Goldfarb's for many years dealing with my back pain. There have been many treatments over the years with different injections; blocks; etc. I would have relief of pain. I thought I would need regular surgery; yet, wanted to avoid anything more invasive. Dr.Goldfarb suggested a Rhizotomy; and, I do not have the SEVERE pain anymore! After reading quite a few of the "negative reviews", I feel those patients did not have the patience, tolerance; or, understanding that it takes to go through different procedures before you find the "one" that relives you of your pain! Communication with your doctor helps to hear him state what is available and what the procedure involves. Dr.Goldfarb is the BEST for me!

I have had nothing but a good experience with pain relief after seeing Dr. Goldfarb. His office staff are very friendly and helpful. I am glad to say that I am totally pain free.

Patients with early appts should be allowed to sit in waiting room. Not stand outside on cement sidewalk
