Dr. Hoyt Wayborn Gazaway JR., MD

Dr. Gazzaway spent at least 5 mins degrading my mother and in the rudest way possible he "diagnosed" me. He rushed me and would not listen to me. He failed to accurately assess any aspect of my sickness. He made me feel unimportant and that I was a hassle. I've been going to Dr. Bostocks office for 10 years and I will never return. My experience I had with Dr. Gazzaway was the worst display of professionalism and customer service/kindness I've ever been subject to.

I had a appointment at 3:00pm and I had a stomach virus for 4 days soI was on my way to my aappointment and I had to go back in the house because I had diarrhea. I contacted the doctor office to let them know that I will be late and the reason. They said that will be fine. When I arrive it was 3:25pm and the Secretary ask the nurse can they take me. Remind you I am going out the country the following morning and I told the Secretary. The nurse talk to the doctor and he said no to reschedule. If I had to wait 2 hours and be the last patient I would have. I just wish he could have put the patient first and took me. Me and my husband are not new patients so we know the level of service they can provide. But this has left me feeling upset. I wish the Secretary would have informed me that can not except patient a after 20 mins or so.
