The Dr was not organized and ended up ordering tests that were not needed and failed to share that they would not be covered by insurance until after bill arrived

Office staff very unprofessional. They make you come to the office and then will tell you they are not accepting your insurance. Well that was my first question when i set up the appt. Really bad. Waste of time

Excellent!!

My first experience wasn't that great. Staff is not that helpful. I remember having to provide a bunch of information on the phone before I am allowed to make an appointment. I was on time, and had to wait for 45 minutes to see the doctor. No apology from any staff, or doctor. It's not ok for us to cancel an appointment without 24 hour notice, but its ok for the doctor to waste an hour on use without a good reason or apology. I spoke to the doctor for about 5 minutes or slightly more. No presciption whatever so, and I am charge a fee with I think it's not right for the service got.

She is great. She calls (not her staff) to tell me results of tests and to discuss. That tells me she cares. She offers to sell you chinese medicine (probably because it works and you need it) You can always say no. Great staff
