Dr. Hue My Tang, MD

PAIN and SUFFERING,patient abandonment, unprofessionalism, and discrimination. M.Tang, M.D. violated the Texas Medical Practice Act. Treatment was consented for Bilateral ovarian cysts laparoscopy surgery.Numerous ultrasounds and ER hospital reports revealed two cysts that needed to be removed. Surgery was set and she removed my right fallopian tube and ovary No treatment was done on the left ovarian cyst. No medication was provided to me upon discharge home from Methodist hospital. I woke up in severe pain and found out that the left ovary wasn't even treated and still intact by going to the ER!! I called her office to address the findings and “She fired me as her patient”. She gave no reasonings. She displayed no empathy,sympathy, or apology. Endometriosis is a new diagnosis for me and she left me without a physician for guidance. I had to self teach myself about the diagnosis. Because of her neglect, I had to endure a horrible painful journey. I had a second surgery (May 2023)… to remove the left ovary cyst that Hue Tang neglected to treat during surgery. I am still dealing with emotional distress, financial distress from paying for a second surgery and numerous hospital visits. She has no medical reason as to why she did not complete the bilateral ovarian cyst laparoscopy surgery. You have the right! Please contact the medical license board if you have experience or is experiencing this type of treatment from her or any doctor.

Dr. Tang deserves no starts but unfortunately it was not an option. Last week Dr. Tang was nowhere in sight as my sister was dying. For the last few months as my sister bled every day, her office continued to tell her that it was normal since she had just started on birth control but it wasn’t normal. Last week my sister’s hemoglobin was 3.5 and she ended up in the ER. As I sat with her in the ER for 7 hours, the incompetent doctors at Methodist explained that Dr. Tang worked out of that hospital and that they would contact her. Not once did that doctor ever get in touch with my sister. Methodist gave her blood, got her hemoglobin back to 7.5 and they discharged her. Why would they do that if they did not know why she was bleeding out?! Again my sister called Dr. Tang’s office with no reply. She ended up back in the ER with her hemoglobin at 5.3. Of course this meant that she continuing to bleed out. Still there was no response from Dr. Tang’s office. My brother-in-law was lucky enough… to get a referral to a great doctor, named Dr. Jacoby. He not only saw her that day but scheduled emergency surgery a few hours later. My sister is finally on the road to recovery no thank you to Dr. Tang and the medical staff in that office. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR AND DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU LOVE GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

Shes rude and sarcastic worst experience!

If you want to wait 2 hours for 10 minutes of the dr not listening and making you feel terrible then this place is perfect

Dr. Hue tang is wonderful but the office time management needs to improve. Made an appointment at 2:30. Got here 10 minutes early. Than I was finally called at 3;21. And now waiting for her in the room for 15 more minutes. I was ready to walk out already. Over an hour of waiting. That's ridiculous

Dr. Tang only did a quarter of her job. I was not pleased at all with my visit. I would talk to her about what was wrong with me and she did not listen. She didn't run any tests on my symptoms and just assumed. I would definitely not recommend her and will absolutely not be going back.

Not proactive in following up with patient regarding lab results. I had to call the office to inquire.

I saw her deliver my grandchild and she didn't even know my daughter or her history. There were several problems in delivery and she was calm, cool and collected and made it unknown to my daughter what was actually going on. She delivered a healthy baby girl and I will forever be grateful to her. My daughter did fine also! Dr Tang is my daughter's new doctor for the next child due in a few weeks.

Dr Tang took time in explaining things to me before my procedure and the office staff was very nice in answering questions about my insurance and payments along with any other questions that I had. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Tang.

Reallly loved dr. tang she is wonderful i would refer anyone to her towards the end of my pregnancy she was so concerned about me just love her she deliverd my baby and helped me through it all
