Dr. Huey Randolph Kidd, DO

Dr Kidd is professional and caring. His Nurse practitioner… not so much. Never had any issues with care or time to see Dr. Dr Kidd takes an interest in what you are saying and asks questions as needed. Always leave feeling he cares and wants to help.

I never met such an unwelcoming doctor such as Dr Kidd. He was not friendly at all, never once introduced himself or said nice to meet you, the whole time you talk to him he never makes eye contact. Makes you feel extremely stupid about your symptoms, no sympathy AT all. Seems to have "no medical knowledge" or he just did a poor job convincing me he knew what the heck he was talking about. He tells you he wants blood work on you, checking all these unnecessary tests then walks out and says you're good to go. Surely he was just trying to give me a huge medical bill. The room was so small a dog wouldn't even be comfortable in it, and the rooms were also very dirty!! And I forgot to mention he walks in and says, what are you doing here today? Well obviously I have an issue or I wouldn't have wasted an hour after my appt in the waiting room or wasted 30$ to come see your unprofessional @-- he doesn't make you comfortable or welcomed at all. Don't waste your co pay or your time going to… him, find anyone else!

Took my child to see Victoria Howard originally because he got hurt playing on the treadmill without my consent. We waited 3 hours before being called back and some walk-ins got called back before us. First she asked my questions about the injury and acted as if I caused the injuries myself then she called Dr. Kidd in the room claiming she didn't know what to put on burns. He came in and asked me and my son a million questions. After that they did nothing, told me to keep doing whatever I was doing to heal the wounds, didn't replace bandages or anything; sent mebon my mary way with a doctor's excuse. I have never been humiliated in my whole life. I will never go back to see him or his nurse practitioner.

I started taking kids to Dr Kidd a couple of years ago and eventually my wife and I started seeing him. We even drive 30 miles to see hom because we are not big fans of our local doctors. I usually do not write reviews, but when I was looking up his phone number I noticed a few negative review on this site and I 100% disgree with them. Yes, his wait time is 30-45 minutes to get back to a room, but what dr's office isn't these days! He has always been professional and courteous to me & my family and most importantly he has got us healed and healthy with his diagnosis...I don't care about bedside manner or if does not call me back in a timely manner that the other reviews have mentioned, all I want out of my family Dr is to get us better when we are sick, which he seems very capable of and he has done 100% of the time in my experiences!!!

I've been seeing him about back problems i'd been having. First I went to his CRNP then she just treated it like a pulled muscles. Went to again and they acted like they didn't care. Ended up in the hospital, supposed to have got my mri ready and scheduled on a Friday. Went Monday the hospital couldn't do it because they failed to completely follow threw and get the pre authorized script for the mri. So wasted hours at the hospital back and forth trying to get information on why his office didn't know I had an mri scheduled. Then I went to his clinic in Fulton and sat in the waiting room alone for THREE (3) HOURS!! Others had been in there longer than I had! So finally I get my mri done and I've been calling his offices the last 3 days and still have yet to get my results or returned my phone call. So here I am in pain with bulging discs in my back, no help..wouldn't give me anything for the pain but yet dope heads can get anything they want but when someone truly needs medicine and… help its not to be found! I hope they will get new doctors around here soon!! I'll be looking into changing doctors ASAP!

overall not a very good doctor! he sent me back to work on a sprained ankle! not a very good side manner

Wait time is forever. Time with doctor is little.If your a work comp case he milks the system for as long as he can. If you tell him you do not agree with his poor ethics, he continues to be a poor doctor. His office does not, return calls.
