Dr. Do works hard and devotes his professional work to save thousands patients with dental problems. Whenever I have a problem with my teeth, I come in his office with very comfort. He is very gentle, nice when he does his work in my mouth with very interesting stories to ease me to forget the pain. He deserves the love from everybody. Thanks Dr. Hugh for your excellent service.

My first and only appointment with Dr. Do involved an evaluation of a tooth that was bothering me. My first visit to this dental clinic i saw Dr. Nguyen and he did an evaluation of my whole mouth.Dr. Nguyen left word on my file according to the office person that he would not see me again due to " too many cancelations". I gather that was in the summer when i had transportation issues.SO i ended up seeing Dr.Do on this visit. Dr.Do prescribed me amoxicillin and told me to go to an endo specialist if my tooth continued to bother me. That was less than a week ago. During the weekend i had to go to Urgent Care for an absess on a completely different tooth. I called Dr. Do's office and spoke to an office person around 830am today and she had said to come in and Dr. Do would look at it. I arrive 30 minutes later and the oldest office lady told me she didn't know who i spoke to but Dr.Do would not be able to help me or look at my tooth and i need to go to an endo. I told this lady about the… pain i was in and asked if she could ask him to drain it. She said "no". I asked her if i could wait to see him since i drove up there and was told he would see me and she said loudly in front of the other patients,rudely," you were told you had a lot of bad teeth in your first visit here".I asked her what Dr.Do could actually do for me and she said"fillings". The oldest office receptionist goes between fake too friendly and rude. I can deal with fake friendly but when you embarrass a patient and try to shame someone at a dental office for having a lot of teeth issues there is a problem.I would not recommend this office if you have chronic tooth issues.There is a lack of compassion.
